@Kira0705how is this case an issue... CAT judgement only says to publish results of these ews candidates as provisional.. there is only one issue- non-transparent working of UPSC where aspirants don't have any info about simple things like publication of results..
@dr-ahmednaaz8567for EWS, income of parents as well as candidate's income and his/her spouse's income are taken into account.
