in DAF FORM , THE OBC CERTIFICATE REQUIRED SHOULD BE BEFORE THE DATE OF 3/03/2020 . I HAVE OBC CERTIFICATED DATE AFTER IT , I ALSO HAVE OLD CERTIFICATE , SO IT WOULD BE VALID ?
