Mains 2022 - All Papers PDF + R**** Rona + Paper Discussion

I am sorry if it sounds naive, but I am confused about Home state. I was born and brought up in Delhi (For 20 years or so), but shifted to Noida in last 7-8 years (Also added Permanent Address as Noida) so does the fhome state become Uttar Pradesh now? Can anyone guide?

This is my last attempt at UPSC and have written two mains. Although I have identified my weak spots and plan to work on them for next 1 to 1.5 month. 

I will be turning 31. So I have only one attempt at RBI. I was wondering if anyone who has given can guide as to how overlapping it is with UPSC (Commerce optional) or will it amount to spreading myself too thin, given I have just two months to prepare and also need to work on UPSC.
