Hello everyone, I have exhausted my UPSC attempts. I have two options either to give state PCS exam or switch to private sector in the IT industry of which I have 2 years of prior experience. Can someone give a genuine feedback of state PCS jobs like BDPO, Naib Tehsildar, AETO in Haryana/UP, in terms of salary and service conditions. In comparison to Business Analyst/Data Analyst roles which may lie in a salary range of 7-10Lpa.

Can someone with knowledge of administration enlighten me please. 

@Neyawn Sir, can you please share your views on this dilemma which many of us would be facing?
