How should be the course of action with mentor to increase efficiency in answer writing? Can someone suggest a mentor who takes keen interest in student performance and give genuine reviews rather than being generalist?

This community itself can provide some very good inputs. There are so many people who have written mains, appeared for interview and even cleared the exam.
Ask a specific question and you will get your answer. What is the current challenge you are facing in writing answers.
Sometimes you need to study and know the topic and the answer. Sometimes you need to replicate good performance in one test across tests. Do not choose improvement in an area where you are already good just to feel good. Try to spread that good command across all subjects.
