How UPSC verify the OBC noncreamy layer certificate?

What are the documents required to submit in order to get OBC reservation in UPSC?

As far as I heard, UPSC is keen to check OBC creamy and non creamy layer detailly..How it will be verified?

You need to submit just the OBC NCL. DoPT will do the verification at a later stage before you are allocated any service
