@forumiasacademy ...  Doubt in SFG2.0 Test 3  #Q35.  -->Option 2 "Defeat of Motion of Thanks in either house of Parliament amounts to collapse of the government."

Option 2 seems wrong to me .. as defeat only in LS of motion of thanks amounts to collapse of Govt.

=>Answer should be Option a and not Option c ??

@iskool I think it is not about "amounts to" ... say .. if the motion of thanks passes LS and doesn't in RS  .. now do you think it amounts to collapse of Govt ?


In my opinion this option is wrong, it should be only LS

@tskakaihaokip16534  .. I think appointing and removal of Council of Min is by Governor "officially" (they hold office during pleasure of Governor) -->Art 164 (1)
Distributing of portfolio is done by CM .. no Governor involved.

@forumiasacademy ... CMs of UT are appointed by President. And only in case of J&K CM is appointed by LG.

Am i Right ? Please let me know.

@forumiasacademy Test 29, Q17 - NHB doesn't have regulatory functions anymore, it has been taken over by RBI. Please confirm the same.

@ishitatri  This is from one of Mrunal's sir video that "NHB still finances HFCs but the regulatory powers have been given to RBI due to conflict of interest of NHB".
