Second statement -
The Governor can ask a minister to resign even when the council of ministers enjoys the confidence of the Legislative Assembly.
Here, It should be the Chief Minister who ask minister to resign, or advise the governor to dismiss the minister. Not by the Governor.
Hence, this second statement is wrong. Please any one confirmed it or this should be rectify.
