This and earlier Bombay HC saying skin to skin contact essentially for establishing sexual assault of minors, is there a need for overhaul of sexual assault laws? Especially in the domain of minors where laws should be stringent and yet we’re seeing such mindless drivel from High Courts, absolutely shocking to me!
This seems to me a case of ‘Procedure established by Law’ being followed where there was an essential need for ‘Due Process’
