@necromancer I can guarantee a lot of people think dal and badam is a good source of protein. It’s not even close
Could you suggest a good isolate whey protein supplement brand?
@Murali yeah certainly not but for a sedentary lifestyle it’s okayish enough. As far as my experience goes, without whey supplements it’s very difficult for a vegetarian to get their daily fill of protein to gain muscle mass.
Yeh try karna bhai kabhi possible ho toh. This gives 10g protein per serving of 32g.
Issey tasty peanut butter aaj tak nahi khaya kabhi. Muscle blaze ka bhi aata hai ek it gives 22-23g/ serving of 32g but taste utna sahi nahi.

Horror layak kuch zyada toh nahi hai isme. Zombie based movie hai jisme violence hai, action hai, gore hai, one time entertaining watch zaroor hai.
Agar Badia kuch khoon kharaaba vala zombie based dekhna hai toh I would recommend “All of us are dead” jo ki Netflix par hai. 12 episodes ki series hai. Isse Badia zombies ke upar kuch nahi dekha abhi tak.
