@Neyawn Sir, how is "Watching Anime" as a hobby? I watch movies and TV/Web Series mostly but have watched 2 anime too- Naruto and Deathnote. I am apprehensive over mentioning movies etc as I think board members get too wide a field if they start to ask question over movies. But does watching anime look to childish to mention in a CSE interview? I am already mentioning one of the sports as hobby.

They are supposed to measure your eyesight, but some hospitals ask you to provide them the power to save the time ( govt hospitals are always flooded with patients )
If you don’t wear glasses, and your photo does not have glasses, it’s okay. The personality test and medical are on two different days and by different people :P
Thanks sir. Asking because i came to know of my myopia from a previous medical. Was minor. They asked me to get glasses made else theyd declare me medically unfit. Got them made same day.
You are right about the photo. Was asking because one short tempered doc at lmlh went after a candidate for not having his photo with specs. But thats just one angry doc i guess. What else to expect 😅

Do you wear specs? Some boards ask why you are not wearing specs? It is not a major issue.

1) Where to put DANICS/DANIPS?- From UP, like to work in public interfacing job but Group B status haunts me. 6 services till IA&AS are fixed, would it be prudent to put DANICS just after IAAS?
2) Which one is better between IDES and IDAS? considering recent announcements related to land monetisation.
3) Which is better between IDAS and ICAS?
4) Can MP be preferred over MH for IAS? - I am from UP
5) Which is better between WB and Assam Meghalaya?
6) Which is better for IPS- TG or TN?
MP is a brilliant cadre, go for it. It’s difficult to get it though.
If you are from North, you may choose TG over TN especially if you have never been to either place.
DANICS / DANIPS are for those who think they can enjoy administrative jobs for long. It’s a G2C thing. Other allied services are G2G.
However the thing of group B stays.
IDES people live in lovely houses , and work with armed forces but promotions are slow. After a time it gets a bit lonely ( though locations are nice ) IDAS people end up in bigger cities / metros. I haven’t come across IDAS people wishing to be in IDES, but there are IDES friends who wished they were in Delhi / Bigger cities.
