Please look at second question. Doesn't the D statement look inappropriate. Special assistance in the form of affirmative action should promote equity not equality. Here, Universal adult franchise means givingequal rights to every individualwho is 18 years or above irrespective of caste, religion, sex or any other qualification. The wordUniversaljustifies equal rights to people. Hope it is correct.
@Neyawn sir. Please look at this question. In Q17 3rd statement states that a person is eligible to be a judge of high court if he has been a judge of district court for at least 10 yrs. Whereas in constitution its written as he should have heldany judicial office within the territory of India for a period of at least 10 yrs. In the question, 3rd statement is very narrow and specific.What can be understood is that if he does does not hold the office of district judge for 10 years, he is not qualified to be a judge of high court.so the answer should be1 only.
