@doodlebeanthank you maam....not getting words...you are a legend
@doodlebeanNow I can relate where I lagged. When I read this question the only thing that came to my mind is Waldo's view of oscillating periphery and stable core and the claims from different disciplines that Public Administration belonged to their sub set.
I messed up my optional.
May be you could become my knight in shining armour.
@doodlebeanfor once I thought that the quality of my answer is so bad that you are not even willing to comment on it.
@mahi2501slide the icon bar, there is an upload button
@mahi2501thanks for the feedback. And totally agree with your comments. In every answer I find my intro part inefficient and inprocess of making it efficient it gets converted into a vague one. Struggling with it and working on it.
@IWRAThis is what no other platform can provide.
Thanks a lot sir.
Keep guiding.
@IWRASir just slide the icon bar. The upload icon is there.
I know a very vague answer but would not let my ego, ruin my chance of learning.
@mahi2501are sir hmse kya gustakhi ho gyi??
@IWRAThank You sir
@mahi2501It is argued that Simon just presented classisical theorists view of finding one best way of doing the job in a different way, the core concept was same.
Simon was influenced by Follet's view on exercise of authority and conflict resolution.

@doodlebeanIndia’s regulatory cholesterol universe; 60,000+ compliance rules, 3,600+ filings, and 5,000+ changes every year.
These lines sums up the shift towards laissez faire state from the concept of extended state. Focuses on steering role of state rather than rowing.
It suggests in favour of NPM/ NPS by supporting the idea of competition and efficiency while negating the idea of welfare state and providing incentive without work which would add extra burden to the already overburdened state.
Highlight low productivity in terms of firms, sectors, geographies and skills thus calls for proper public policy making specific to the geographies, firms , sectors etc. with proper planning and execution and feedback mechanism.
We are far from the productivity frontier, short on resources, and don’t have to be Western to be modern.( CPA, adopt the best practices relevant to particular geographies needs and demands)
Few articles which I found relevant and worth sharing
@LalSalaamThe schedule is for answer writing only. Howelse are we going to collaborate on this platform. During the mentioned period questions related to specific chapters will be discussed.
@IWRA@doodlebean@Bhagat-singh@LalSalaamNPA is both deductively nomological and inductively probabilistic. Please explain.
@Bhagat-singhI feel like the answer is unidirectional you have explained only the political or parliamentary aspects, you can add other dimension like effect of stability on executive( lateral entry) , stability vs innovation, stability vs reforms etc.
I might be wrong but I would have added these points in my answer. Rest it is open to discussion that my percention is right or wrong.
@LalSalaamYep the paper was lengthy, I struggled with completing the paper and finally jotted down only few points in a 20 marker in last few minutes.
@Suganyayou have taken a very narrow view regarding the answer, the debate over the boundary of Pub Ad is quite wide-ranging dealing with finding its locus and focus. POSDcORB vs Subject matter view is just one aspect.
Venn diagram and flow chart could be easily used in this answer to make it more appealing.
Views are personal and may be wrong, so completely open for debate.
All the Best.
Keep Writing.
