Plz help ! EWS certificate ....Any1 knows any authority or forumias selected candidate in U.P or Lucknow sadar ?

I'm a  genuine ews eligibe candidate.

I'm struggling to get my ews certificate from the last 3 years.

Advocates take rs 3000 in the name of getting the work done but don't get the certificate made.

Lekhpal doesn't pick the phone neither comes much in office.

I stay onrentwith my parents ..we don't own any property..I've my birth, schooling,graduation from Lucknow and staying here.

If anybody has anofficial or any selected candidate from our forumias who is posted in UP who can help me get the certificate made plzz let me know ??
