@NeganUPSC framed the 2 very close options in the Qs to prompt the candidates to attempt... which led to more wrong... and last 2-3 years tricks/elimination strategy (like all, only, not, S&T all etc) -- led to more wrong... thatswhy ppl roaming around 85+ (rarely i have seen above 100) -- while in 2020... many were there >100 (me too)
@FulcrumEven aspirant like u..who continuously score >105 in last 3 years papers... are now stuck in 95+... then really.. it has effect on cutoff... last year my friend scored 120+ (given interview last year)-- stuck in ~85...
