I find a broad consensus in the answers of all major coaching for much controversial questions "made up on forum". Like right to city, EPFO casual labour, state defination, Chenab, Synthetic media, Mitrocondrial disease, fedreralism features, British Parliament comparision and even Magnetite particles.
Dispute lies for copper, pressure cooker which are open to interpretation.
Looks like somewhere most of us are dragged in a cycle of wishful thinking, over thinking and insecuri
I have not marked these answers in OMR. But most coaching have consensus over these answers.
@monisha27 A C D
Not debating .. but i sincerely think we are overthinking w.r.t the Virus question. NCERT mein diya hain ki Virus can't grow in synthetic medium toh i think UPSC will stick by it.
PS - I have marked D too. I desperately want u to be right too.
Yea true. Even I marked D but the answer as per experts is not D. Virus is not considered to be cultured in synthetic media.
There might be research going on, the interpretation of synthetic media for UPSC, coachings and researchers might vary. I dont know much about this topic.
Though I have marked D and I will be happy if they count virus (D as answer). For marks calculation I am considering it negative for now.
masteroptimist tum toh pessimist nikle XDbecause upsc cutoffs don't go that low, in 2020 few questions were elusive like batman. 2021 was bright and clear paper as broad daylight. so i am afraid about cutoff crossing 100 for obc if that happens it'll be real pain. may shree ram and bholenath save everyone and bring cutoff to below 90
Haha... You read his comment "illiterate people". To agree and disagree is own thing. To call them illiterate is other. 😂
