@Aurang_mirasudar No trolling. Mujhe kya milega.
people around me saying ki “tera to ho jayega” (reserved category waala reason)… but Kosis to humesha zyada marks lane ki hoti. Isliye when I asked ki “Any chance for prelims?” , I meant from general category perspective.
@bhuvanamalar101541 ye koi ache marks nahi hai given the fact I have been preparing for so long.
I have been on forum since 2017, every year I upload my marks here.
@oopsie Thank you 😊
@atulji Coachings waale soch rhe hai ki “entitlement” is same as eligibility.
BUT When one is entitled to something, he/she has right over it like Antodaya families are entitled to Food subsidy.
Also, As per Section 6 of EPFO Act, the contribution which shall be paid by the employer to the Fund shall be 12%
In case of Agricultural Labourers, Will farmers be asked to pay contribution towards EPFO?????
- On the question whether casual or temporary workmen should be included for the purpose of ascertaining the strength of workmen in terms of Section 1(3) it was held by the Rajasthan High Court in Bikaner Cold Storage Co. Ltd. v. Regional P.F. Commissioner, Rajasthan, 1979 Lab. I.C. 1017, that persons employed in the normal course of the business of the establishment should be considered as the persons employed for the purposes of Section 1(3)(a) and persons employed for a short duration or on account of some urgent necessity or abnormal contingency, which was not a regular feature of the business of the establishment cannot be considered as employees for the purpose of determining the employment strength in relation to the applicability of Section 1(3)(a). See Section 1(3) a above.
So even if a casual employee in an organisation is entitled to EPF, it does not necessarily mean all casual employees in the organisation are entitled to employee provident fund because some may not qualify to be called workers.
@atulji I too marked the option (b)2 and 3 only. 😞 And Abhi Tak negative hi mana hai isko.
In case you want to file objection for this question, please refer the link (it is a book prepared by ICSI- a statutory body established by an act of Parliament)
