Because...in the given question ..by elimination technique ..we arrive at the option which talks about that ..Devi lal contested from 3 constituencies in 1991 election.. which factually wrong..he contested in 1989 from 3 lok sabha seat.Sikar, rohtak and firozpur.

The opposite of word "MAY" is "NEVER". If we consider the first statement of copper smelting wrong...then we are technically saying that ..copper smelting unit will never release the legal quality of CO..be whatsoever. It will be very unlikely scenario considering the complex process which takes place in melting.

Yes...it is absolutely clear from the official report of the ECI that Mr. Devi Lal contested from 3 places in 1989 that is sikar, ferozpur and rohrak. And, in 1991  he contested only from Rohtak.

In the virus question ...we all are missing one important key word..which is artificial. PYQ was dealing with only synthetic medium...this time we have one additional word in the question which is artificial.

Cell culture of virus in laboratory under controlled conditions is culture of virus in artificial medium .
