In questions k drop hone k kitney chances hai?

1) Syndicate lending : wrong hindi translation (spreads risk in english & increases risk in Hindi)

2) NEC: wrong translation again, english: who are the members; hindi: who were added after 2002 amendment

3) vermin: 5th schedule removed in WPA amendment....

Found 2 more wrong/controversial questions:

4) Delimitation comission was set up in J&K as well .....5 to idhar hi ho gyi......how is this question correct then?

5) Foreign banks 50% directors Indian residents.......in most keys this is considered correct....but 50% also includes PIOs/NRIs........This should be incorrect no?

Yes, done under 2002 act, but the question asks how many Delimitation comissions have been set up?....

@tedmosby It may not be dropped & yes, out of other options, 4 seemed the best choice.....But to say the one constituted in J&K & even Assam for that matter are not Delimitation commissions and are the same as the 2002 commission, just because of the same act is just wrong.....

In the actual exam when this strikes you, you simply leave the question.....

My hunch is that they will stick with 4 as the answer; but unfair to those who left the question.....

@Averageaspirant The more latest one among them is this:

The composition of the board of directors of WOS should meet the following requirements: not less than 50 per cent directors should be Indian nationals/NRIs/PIOs subject to the condition that one-third of the directors are Indian Nationals resident in India.

[Scheme for Setting up of Wholly Owned Subsidiaries (WOS) by foreign banks in India by the RBI](https://m.rbi.org.in/Scripts/bs_viewcontent.aspx?Id=2758)

Not less than fifty per cent of the directors should be Indian nationals /NRIs/PIOs subject to the condition that not less than 1/3rd of the directors are Indian Nationals resident in India.”

[RBI PRESS RELEASE 2013-2014/936 Date: Nov 06, 2013](https://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/BS_PressReleaseDisplay.aspx?prid=29922)

So the answer then makes statement 2 which says "more than 50% of the directors should be Indian nationals" wrong cause they can be foreign nationals (PIOs) too but UPSC probably just picked this from an article and has the wrong answer which is why a representation needs to be filed

@Jokar Thank you so much for this. Should I message you in November here only?
I am planning to give forest exam also from next year. I understand you will be super busy these days; but if you could just point out where to look for forest mains statregy, it will be really helpful.

One of my regrets in prelims all these years is that I could never start exclusive prelims preparation even 3 months before the exam in any of the attempts. Every time, the mains of state psc would interfere and I'd ride on two boats.

Thank you once again for offering help. I wish you all the very best for this attempt.
