Prelims Accuracy Problem

I have huge accuracy problem in Prelims.. Someone rightly said  some times Accuracy is revision problem.. Potential resion??

Despite decent effort exclusively for prelims,  I hve failed to make it.. lack of winners Mindset,  Unable to handle pressure  ,may be my potential reason..
