Man!! How on earth any person can see and tell this is right? forget about "Effectively". Even if change the option to 5. AI making people to start colonies on Mars. Result would be same. How the heck people can believe that All D in Science just for the sake of it. I am gonna see the key next year, If upsc gives All D for that AI, Am sure gonna leave prep for UPSC and continue with startup.

What UPSC really made people into ? baap re. Any engineer with slight basic knowledge knows this. forget about present state or Effectively. Common man!

Wireless transmission of electrical energy invention is more more more path breaking than any invention yet on earth and it will become more popular than COVID around the world in no time even if small successful concept is there. Common man! AI :D :D

This year many people will be out due to this D iefication of Science and many answers.

There is no difference between Household loans, credit card loans and Treasury bills?

And the people who thought at the time of exam, made differentiation adn marked 3 only after alot of assessment and there are people who marked without any knowing most D in split second and UPSC go for general? What the heck this exam has gone into?

I personally think UPSC deliberately has given last option of Wireless Electricity. Its a 100% trap question. As many would go for D in split second. it will surely gonna cost.

Ye mazaak hogaya bhai. all mark karo. bas max mein answer wohi hain bolke.

@rishi258 Bhai, Block Chain question is not about any govt or under any bank. Thats the catch there.

I am into crypto currency since a decade. Flexibility of block chain is its decentralized and no authority. If indian govt restricts it in future thats a different ball game.

Block chain became famous just because of its decentralisation and no single authority and unlimited access for doing apps or anything.

So no permission is required thats the beauty of block chain. Infact in our startup, we are also using block chain tech, no need of any permission from any one.

I stopped checking coaching centers keys since last year. they have been wrong in more than 5 questions consistently which is very costly in this game.

So i have checked all sources continuously. didnt stop till i get proper source for a question.

this year my guess is these 4 questions can change fate as these are very big trap questions.

3. Preamble

4. NFD

Rest all are ok with proper sources. These are most twisted questions. Will change fate of many.

@Udit_pathak To be frank bhai, Cut off will be 97-98. It wont go less than that. My gut feeling. even 97-98 is very less cutoff.

I will explain,

1) Person with income less than 1lakh - This is without any doubt correct. because every state has mentioned it explicitly all over india with different income criteria but min being 1 lakh in all states.

2) Transgender with income less than 2 lakh - Delhi has notified this. i havent found any proper source for all india level implementation.

3) outright wrong

4) All senior citizens - this is the twist. NALSA, 2016 scheme is exclusively explicitly mentioned for Senior citizens. NALSA scheme for Seniro citizens. You can google it easily. Irony is that not a single mention of This scheme in any scheme by any one in coaching centers and they might have not known about its existence. Its an all india scheme. But All senior citizens who are eligible under section 12 of LSA 1987. but when i see the section 12, there is no explicit limit for Senior citizens is there.

I have marked 1&2 by thinking "All" in 4 will be wrong. But more logically as asked " In india" Question, All over, answer should be 1&4.

Every beneficiary should be subject to Section 12 of act, 1987 so its in general. All senior citizens is clearly mentioned in NALSA act 2016. So I think upsc will shock us all with 1&4.

@rishi258 Bhai, In general , Block chain doesn't require any permission. People like me can do almost anything with tech.

AI, in general, Cannot do wireless transmission. That's the difference. Don't force the issue. I know it hurts. I have lost the cut off with one mark in final list. I know the pain. But its better to accept it than keeping.

@Equalizer I think here the catch is All "Senior Citizens" means greater than 60 years. All includes that. But as i said. those four questions will turn the tables of many. UPSC will give shock this to "All" people :D

NALSA 2016 didnt mention any income criteria and its all over india. Thats the strong point for Option D. Lets see.

How treasury bills and My houseloan and credit card are same? I need to see this interesting answer. Iska v all diya toh... aur next prelims mein sochne ka jaroorat nahi. sab D maarke aajata hun. Paper setter banunga upsc ka tab toh :P Sab se easy and useless kaam hain kyunki sochke options banaane ka jaroorat hi nahi

Lagta hain isbaar v prelims results se maze aane waale hain.

Last year with Shankar key case of Me and My collegue:

I was getting well below 100. he was getting 110+.

But i was not sure about the key.

After results and official key:

My friend couldnt qualify and I did. His marks were 96 and mine were 108.

Just 5 questions can change everything.

Preamble is very much debatable. A or D. I marked C :D But A ka chances jyaada hain.

If it's a part of constitution and if it is not justiciable strictly and as mentioned in Laxmikanth - Then It should be A. baaki coaching waala v sahi reason de nahi paa rahe hain.

SC kya bola bhai? Kaha bola only dependent on others hi hain nahi toh koi legal effect nahi bolke? Its all speculation. but lets see.

If its a part why it shouldnot have any legal effect if any one deletes somepart without affecting basic structure? means no body can approach court if something happens to preamble only?

If u apply rules stricly then its A. non justificiable.

Its asked as "Can", done deal. A person can be made minister but not "shall" be. Wo bekaar mein phas gaya question.

@rafael According to Constituion hi bola tha. It has been twisted same as Judicial review and basic structure.

Its an experiment based question. I can be made minister and i dont apply or contest any elections. whats the problem?

@beginn371316 bhai, constitution clearly provides for judicial review! wo toh basic structure hain. SC invented Basic structure but kept things in constitution in basic structure only not the outside things of constitution. So basic structure in invented by SC not in Constitution. Judicial Review is in constitution and SC shields or protects it by keeping it in basic structure. simple as that.

Cut off 100% Same hi rahega 97-98! almost same as last year.

because tukke baaji mein overall luck always remains same in any field. Its law of conservation of energy. balances always just like in 2018-19.

Individual luck may vary but on a whole overall luck will be same.

They have just given option D to confuse just like in AI (Wireless).

Its a more over blunt question. Preamble is either a part or not. its a part. done

Preamble does have legal effect or not. It doesnt have or it does have. done and dusted.

No more diplomatic answers. SC never said anything about it. It interprets constitution taking preamble context but when it comes to legal effect. there are only two options. it does or doesn't. there is no diplomatic answer.

I guess answer will be A.

I was watching that Vision ias Bald fellow teaching polity oflate. baar baaar bolta tha...Mere se alaaawa koi nahi sikhaata hain polity. Mein socha tha tik hain hoga... Jab mein gaya tha dekhne whats his answers and explanation for confusing questions, he didnt give any explanation.. Baar baar mein bola tha na.. yahi hoga .. koi reason nahi but yahi hoga answer. wth. Truly. Every body is intelligent but some got good luck in their life that's it.
