Not a chance.that process is over.they would have already prepared candidate list for each centre in each district in each state. Just go for 2021 .

sad. i skipped this attempt to get some kind of a job , but corona has shown that even the best of plans can go to the dogs !! coincidentally, i read a novel The Joke just before corona and now life has replied - Jokes on you. only if it were a meme i could have quipped - No You.

Exams scheduled to be held in July will go ahead. Too late to reschedule them. October 4th is not close enough to make a prediction.

Feeling concerned about covid19 and health is natural, but I believe the exam rewards risk takers and those with a single minded devotion towards it. Human concentration is limited and covid19 thoughts are an unnecessary drain on this valuable resource.  Forget covid19 and stop following the doom and gloom news. So, keep calm, eat well, sleep well and most importantly, study.  And study like you are the terminator. Nothing can come between you and your mission, not even this dreaded virus.

Who dares wins. 🔱

but what if the supposed victory here is at the cost of lives of your dear ones. I also thought that covid is being overhyped, but now my relatives have tested positive and we are awaiting my father's report. Covid is not something that is happening to some imaginary people anymore, it's here and it's knocking at our doors. You can't even imagine the level of anxiety and fear we are living in now. 20k..26k...35k....these are not mere statistics , clearly an increasing number of people are getting sick and there's no guarantee that your number wont come. And when it comes the biggest worry is not about your own life but that of your parents and then this nagging feeling of helplessness for being useless and a burden in their time of need

If you don't mind sharing, can you tell how your relatives are doing? I hope no serious symptoms?

thankfully they are doing fine and showing mild symptoms only so far like gas, cough, fever. 6 people including my father are awaiting their reports since they came in contact with them.

I think that SC judgments have been based on some merit. It has intervened to order PermanentCommission in Army. As far as Anuradha Bhasin case was concerned, I believe the aspect of GOI not placing the orders before the bench was a big reason for SC's inconclusive order. As someone who is from the same region which was directly impacted by the order in this case,I believe there are certain security reasons for government for being reluctant on allowing 4 G network resumption(2G has resumed few months back though).

*Also I will suggest you to google a keyword- Ghulam Fai and Ved Bhasin(*Ved Bhasin-was father of Anuradha Bhasin)

Coming from the legal fraternity, I must respectfully disagree with you on that point.

Faith in the judiciary has been eroding rapidly in the past three years (At least) and there are an umpteen number of reasons for that. Just from memory, the Dipak Misra era, Gogoi era and now Bobde era have been extremely suspect. When we have judges like Arun Mishra openly praising the executive in speeches and calling the Prime Minister a visionary, one must say that there is ample material on record to at least suspect that there is active deference to the will of the executive as a matter of course. Of course my contemptuous writing may be pulled up in Court, but the Government can get away with not publishing orders or not placing them before the Court despite explicit directions to do so (actual contempt of court) in Bhasin's case.  The Sabarimala case has been posted for review completely and I say COMPLETELY contrary to rules of procedure on what constitutes a review. The CAA petitions were put off forever, especially when human rights violations were so evident. Same with Kashmir. It is not only the orders that matter, but the way in which the matter is handled. Procedure is also relevant in understanding whether justice was done. And sometimes, keeping quiet implies complicity. The Supreme Court is supposed to act as a check on the government, and it is hard to say that that is being done when Gogoi (I refuse to call him Justice after the farce that was made of the sexual harassment allegations) takes up a RS nomination within 6 months.

It has been extremely difficult to understand the rationale in a number of recent Supreme Court judgements. Orders on merit are usually delayed until the point that matters become infructuous, and even when orders are eventually passed, one can often find borrowed flowery language and little substance. Known principles of law are often subverted.

-Nauroz Seervai's beautiful article on the matter.

Violation of right found but remedy left to fate, Sealed covers continue to proliferate.
Spineless Judiciary.
