If someone put a gun to your head & ask you to guess prelims date, What would you reply ?
Please, No range ! Just dates.
I say 30 August.
Let’s see who gets it right😄
are this man just a month back said that upsc will not delay prelims exam, it will happen on 31st may. aur last me likhe the "modi hai to mumkin hai" :) :)
retired admi pe zyada vishwas ni karna chahiye! usse badhiya guess toh khud ka biased logic hi de deta hai
Yes, This is totally correct ! I had also seen that post. I was trying to find it on his timeline but seems he has deleted it😄
23 August maan ke chala jaye kya !!!!!!
23rd August is JEE-Advanced ! I would say 30th August.
I feel there is a possibility that UPSC might defer it for another month to come out with the dates.
Having a fictional date in late August and not able to conduct the exam then will be more detrimental than to adopt the sound policy of wait and watch that UPSC has smartly done till now.
Please, No ! July or October, I want a date. Anxiety is making my life miserable 😩
Around this time last year, I screwed up Prelims 2019 and was waiting for UPSC to declare 2020 Calendar !
Already been a year ! Still waiting for UPSC to declare 2020 calendar. Irony, isn’t it ?😄
This is the note in the exam calendar - Note 1: The dates of notification, commencement and duration of Examinations/ RTs are liable to alteration, if the circumstances so warrant.
For sure, They are not going to prepone it ! 4th Oct is the yardstick to strategies our preparation.
UPSC changed the date of Engineering Services (Main) Examination from 9/8/2020 to 18/10/2020 on 2nd July. That's about 5 weeks in advance. We would get to know UPSC's intentions by mid-August for sure.
To all those who could afford to spend few thousands, I request them all to buy 'Corona Kavach Policy' and insure themselves against any uncertainties.
I bought it after one of my insured relative availed cashless treatment from one of the best private hospital nearby. Hospital billed insurer nearly 3,00,000 for 7 days of treatment.
Premium would depend on :
1. Time ( 3.5 Months, 6.5 Months & 9.5 Months )
2. Amount ( 50,000 to 5,00,000 )
3. Insurer
Please note that 15 days of cooling-off period is applicable.
@kraantikaari With all the protests going around against our exam on 4th Oct, Any new updates from your UPSC sources ?
@RockyBalboa brother, no chance of postponement now, every thing is prepared, papers have been sent to centres......they are not even thinking about postponement.
Always wanted to hear this until one of my dear friend died of Corona yesterday. Now, I am hell scared !
Anyway, UPSC & Government are supreme. Best wishes for the exam & Thank you very much for the reply.
