wont say surprized but relatively felt poor for humanity. saw a post in this group that some ppl started a petition for exam not to be postponed. this is the reality of ppl how rotten their mentality is and what they will do after becoming IAS.
daily a thousand odd ppl are dieing out of no reason. govt was forced to open up because of economic conditions.
but these ppl are like 'let the ppr happen on time and we will get the benefit because many of ppl wont appear in exam because of this corona and we will take big advantage out of it.'
not againt anybody, azad desh ke azad nagrik, but in all this humanity is dieing. :(

This is an extraordinary situation,Exam postponement means it had to be merged with 2021 cycle, and that will be negative for all aspirant.So its better that tbose who want to appear are allowed to give exam of 4th,Those who are worried about corona can appear in 2021. Waise bhi they are aspiring for 2021.
