@vserdame Atleast UPSC should declare a compensatory attempt at the earliest so that aspirants can decide whether to give the attempt or not.
This govt is basically incompetent on top of that they are insensitive.

we are living at govt's (esp 1 persons) whims and fancies..jab mann kiya entire country was brought to a standstill..phir mann kiya toh raato raat demonetisation..ab mann nahi kar raha seriously lene ka toh leave everything..we can later justify it as an act of god..agar yehi karna tha toh why did they stop the entire country and dried many poor and middle class ppl's resources and killed their source of income..kuch bhi chal raha hai is desh mein..their is no scientific basis to anything that they are doing.
