@Equalizer it depends on interpretation of words if there is "issued" than it would be 3 and if it's debt held by than all are correct ....i think it's going to be three only
One more thing in national biofuel policy it's true that given four options can be used but there is also a point three in the notification of government that in order to make farmers get more price for their produce all excess cereals and farm grains can be sold for biofuel with permission from government ,,I think all can be correct on lines that during covid excess rice was converted into biofuel
It's only a speculation that upsc can make it all are correct however it's also a fact that only four out of six are clearly mentioned

@sahanrshetty1875 in English translation there is mention of civil disobedience movement while in HindI translation the mention is of non cooperation movement so according to hindi translation no option among the four is correct as non cooperation movement was not related with Gandhi Irwin pact ।।।in Hindi the upsc has used word " असहयोग आंदोलन " instead of "सविनय अवज्ञा आंदोलन" this has sparked sharp criticism

I m in fertilizer trade and authorized stockist of few companies ,,, government controls fertilizer prices very strictly so strictly that any person who tries to make even a rupee less or more can go into jail ,,, moreover companies can not fix prices them selves it's the government which fixes price of urea and dap

Rice trading some r saying ki price ko affect nhi krta how ? If stocks r less and prices r elevating than supply by FCI brings the price down or prevent them to hike that's direct intervention in rice price ...Every miller has to give 25 percent rice as levy which they keep as stock for government and when government tells them to sell the same the price automatically reaches an equilibrium ... anyone whose family member is in local grain market can ask them about this very regular trading of government
And regarding price of only UREA ... In India any minute change in fertilizer price is first done by IFFCO which is a government holded cooperative , whenever IFFCO declares the price of FERTILISER private players also increase the cost of fertilizer ,,, currently MRP of fertilizer just got raised and now it's 1270 and it was declared by IFFCO and u will not find a single private company Aditya Birla or Tata to have a different price ...The government has strict control on fertilizer price just like the oil prices .... U all can cross check all companies have same MRP and same price irrespective of origin , manufacturing place and packing ....
Brother u r saying about subsidy but doesn't that mean government is controlling price of all fertilizer ? Currently in India there is no fertilizer company which doesn't get subsidy ... You know why government made urea neem coated ?because after taking subsidy companies used to diversify subsidised urea for ammonia production ...now since been is used this diversion is not possible ... All the subsidies are given by government to control the farmer inflation ... If government removes subsidy today than prices will shoot from 1270 to 1700 to 2000 .... Hence it can be safely said government controls price...and even if u will keep subsidy away government monitors prices ... I don't wanna argue but I have FERTILISER business and I work for many Indian companies there is too much government issues and checkdams for pricing....

Cutoff every year is more or less the number of easy questions ..This year this will come down as the number of questions were not easy and even if they seem easy they have multiple interpretation ...cutoff can be anything this year.when it was 98 no one imagined it to be this way and so is this year u can't predict cutoff but it will surely be low ..
UPSC has made it sure that u can't have any error in easy questions ....50 percent paper will be easy and 50 percent tough ..if u make mistakes in easy portion u will have to take risk by attempting tougher questions where ur luck matters and nothing else..we all r discussing rukmabai , deshar ktha and vithal vidhwansak but in reality none of ur was aware of anything ....
I don't think so ...however what ever we may think it's of no use...but when I talk to experienced Maine players they r saying they r not getting even 90 ...so brother it can be anything
Saala sab Kuch doubtful hi tha ,,, ye doubt wale questions mains mein puchte... Students are discussing so much details it means students have the skills of know what is going in country..upsc should avoid such conflicting questions which can have a three hour discussion in supreme court itself...we are prelims student not any supreme court judge to give opinion under advisory jurisdiction

Article 32 debates as per book "cornerstone of nation by godwin Austin "clearly mentions Ambedkar views on inclusion of judicial review as per USA and in article 13 and Article 32 there is a concept of judicial review ....in the constitution there is provision of judicial review but it's the supreme court which has time and again elaborated this and made judicial review as basic structure of constitution...however basic structure concept is not given originally in constitution and hence second is correct

@cnrindu3932 because FUNDAMENTAL Rights are for Indian citizens and not for foreigners.. government chooses to select section of foreigners to take citizenship and get fundamental rights ...those who r not citizens are not under article 14 .. it's as simple as that and hence it's not unconstitutional

I think upsc will take context of passage which were in question paper only ...if the entire article is taken into consideration the sole purpose of comprehensive analysis will go away ... I don't know what I will score in csat but this year csat comprehension will totally make chaos .... UPSC prelims is something which is biggest hurdle now
