@Tokyo No. Don’t read too much into it. This is the kind of language used normally in bureaucratic circles/PNs/Office Orders.UPSC has all the intention to conduct exams asap just waiting for a green flag for logistics. As soon as it comes next day you’ll have your dates so better be prepared.
