@rishi258 hi there. Was in a similar position myself a year back. Joined in private sector. Now in this one year I got good work experience and the most important part I regained some personal confidence. I am not sure how it's going to help me in upsc but the job helped me personally a lot. I suggest take a job and work parallel. Many advantages are there.
