When I was doing the paper I found it to be very tough...
But once I came home and analysed and worked out the paper,it was easier than last year...
What is putting people off is unheard off terms like fertigation and the lengthiness of the paper...polity and economics were definitely easier than last year..the paper definitely looked tougher but once you got down to solving and navigating the options,it was doable if you had conceptual clarity...csat was tougher than last year...cut off IMO 103-104...

Statement 1 is clearly wrong wherein it says " MPLADS "funds "MUST" be used for creation of durable assests

There are tons of cases where the funds have been used for other purposes....2.67 marks are game changing if Ur between 100-110

Evidence contained in govt publication,not some research paper in some foreign land..
And my point is for cancellation or grace marks or whatever....wrong statement puts someone off...
