@Thanos_ sir, withdrawl window of UPSC is open till 8th aug. UPSC will conduct meeting after that to decide on civil services exam. But as of now, regarding NDA exam, they are going ahead with all preparations. So, it seems UPSC is in full mood to conduct exams now.
Still according to my source , situation would get clear by 15th aug. Some officials are of view of postponing further....so only thing we can do is to study for prelims and wait.....as soon as any credible info comes, I will definitely share on forumias platform.

guys.....according to my source.....NDA exam will surely take place as all duties, roaster has been assigned to UPSC personnel and they have even booked their tickets.....so if they could conduct NDA exam with approx 5lakh students then they will surely conduct civil services exam also.
However , there may be some change if some unprecedented situation comes...otherwise (if same situation persists) exam would take place on 4th october and upsc is fully ready for it.
@sankalpr91 now its almost certain that oct 4 is the D-day.....if some otherwise info comes , I will surely inform everyone
But now it is time to prepare for prelims without any doubt about the date.

meanwhile, NDA exam papers have already been dispatched to their locations, so its highly probable that now NDA would take place for sure.
For civil services , PIL has been filed , lets see what response UPSC give in court.
@Sherkhan1428 Bhai.....currently UPSC is preparing for conducting exam on 4th october only.......however due to students pressure , PMO is reconsidering govt policy towards conducting exams. Now few possibilities are there:
1. They will postpone all exams including CSE and NEET JEE.----probability is less.
2. They could come up with more strict SOP's or some other arrangements......like for NEET talks of conducting it in phases, is doing the rounds.they could provide for better logistics and boarding arrangements for students and parents.
3. They could even just postpone NEET jee, and consuct prelims on time as they have 1 month to prepare for better SOP's.
PMO would decide the policy and then UPSC,NTA would just follow that.......ab PMO ki insider info ka koi source nahi h bhai....but aj sham ya kal tak koi decision aa sakta h....then UPSC would decide what changes they would need to do(although constitutionally they need to take decisions independently but we all know how it works. without govt authorisation they cant do anything.)
So lets wait for PMO's decision ....then everything would be clear
MY PERSONAL OPINION....they could postpone a little for better SOP's management....but if they could do it in little time then there would be no postponement

@SergioRamos ....Thanks bro....you said half thing right....I am not any insider.......but people doing bhakti?? seriously......I am also an aspirant....no body is doing bhakti of anyone.......People just want to share their concerns on this platform and all are doing that only.......If these people would be my bhakts then I would have atleast 100 followers or 100 likes on my posts atleast ....but thats not the case .....so chill bro.
