those who are speculating on higher cutoff.
my take on cutoff
1. what is the cutoff of last two years? 2018- 98, 2019- 98
2. is the exam difficult than last two years? definitely, not only last two years may be last 5-6 years
3. also the exam is bit lengthier
4 so cutoff will reduce at least by 1-2 marks or it will remain the same....it will never cross more than 99 at any costs
so those who are above 95 start preparing for mains and dont waste time....this is my last post on cutoff.
guys i think the minister question the option will be 'D' for two reasons:
1- since it is doubtful whetehr a person between 18-25 years could me minister- as the governor during oath has to ensure all constitutional formalities are duly followed
2. as per article 164 (1B) a disqualified MLA cannot be elected as minister, during the term of that assembly period or until he gets relected again in a byelection - which means a disqualified MLA cannot be a minister until he gets reelected again
article 164 (1B) reads as
(1B) A member of Legislative Assembly of a State or either House
of the Legislature of a State having Legislative Council belonging to
any political party who is disqualified for being a member of that House
under paragraph 2 of the Tenth Schedule shall also be disqualified to be
appointed as a Minister under clause (1) for duration of the period
commencing from the date of his disqualification till the date on which
the term of his office as such member would expire or where he contests
any election to the Legislative Assembly of a State or either House of the
Legislature of a State having Legislative Council, as the case may be,
before the expiry of such period, till the date on which he is declared
elected, whichever is earlier.”.
