I started around 2:45 , 3:41 I got the first login password for the attempt which had already expired, till 4:10 I received 2 more emails of the already expired OTP. 4:32 pmni got 2nd login attempt OTP, just to find out that we also need a final email otp to submit. But these suckers don't know I've been handling my family travel bookings on IRCTC since 7th standard. Bring it on UPSC, I'll break you. MIGHTY THOR STANDS GUARD FOR THE VIKINGS....

I tried just right now .
First initial entry
I got otp in my mobile but no otp in my mail.
But wht I tried
Use the otp that came to my mobile
Used the last otp that came to my mail.
Trick - Pls try your last otp or all the otp which ever u got it since u r trying .Since otp also having repetition.
Second for final entry
Again got the otp on my mobile where mentioned final otp.
Again no otp came to my mail I'd.
Use the final otp that came to mobile
Used the last final otp that came to my mail.
Trick - try all the otp whichever u have received till now .Since otp also has repetition.
This worked for me . Cant gurantee whether it wud work for u as well .
But u can try this .
