There are huge number of coaching websites that offer all India open prelims test series. Some of us who have not done so well in prelims might be interested in checking whether we have made progress in the correct direction after suitable course correction. An evaluation is must for this purpose. This discussion seeks to make a list of all the upcoming all India mock tests along with the scores of the members on this discussion, voluntarily by them. Please mention tests that I may have omitted on the comments section below. I will keep updating the list accordingly.

@MauraislesAre you giving the test?

Great. Then, I'll also give the test. I've heard that the general population giving the tests at this time are not competitive. Atleast we can compare among ourselves for a meaningful analysis of the difficulty level.

Added new test : SFG 2021 by Forum IAS. Though, it is a paid test, it is competitive, so added it. I am planning to give the test. Anyone else?

@Daarubaaj I don't think this is a prelims question. It might be present in some test series, but not all test series are standard. This topic is not covered in prelims syllabus.
Having said that, I will guess that the answer could be (b), i.e. 2 only. I doubt the ideal bureucracy would be the dominant 'class', ie the richest section in society. Maybe that points towards a corrupt bureucracy which is less than ideal. However, I repeat this only a guess, and dominant class could mean an ideologically and not economically dominant class.

Thank you for sharing the link. Crack IAS is a name I haven't heard in a while. Let's see how the test shapes up to be.

I mistook it for clearIAS and joined the registration. They have a deceptively similar logo to some popular coaching site. They SMSed me saying 'India's largest scholarship test is here...'

Hi, is there any prelims test series with mentor guidance?  And any recommendations based on your experience?

Also, if you have taken pre test series, pls share experience. I will be joining in few days. Inputs will be of great help.

I am not aware of any prelims test series with mentor guidance. I don't think my advice will be very helpful, because I have given the exam only once, that too without properly giving tests (I gave 2-3 tests only) despite being enrolled in Forum IAS pre-test series. Still, I think forum ias is pretty good and initially it was very popular with aspirants for the test series, not the regular course. As it is still one of the most popular ones, it should be good enough.
The point is that almost none of the test series in 2020 came close to the UPSC 2020 paper. Yet, those who scored well in test series generally tend to score well in prelims too. Basically, you want to test how well you have memorized the basics and current affairs and how many books (and how well) you have read overall, when compared to the average person giving the exam. Vision tests are pretty good too. They are generally more comprehensive and it is more difficult to score in these tests. If you are scoring 120+ in forum tests, you should be able to clear prelims.
