Problem in answer writing - time limit issue

The background is important. Please read it.

I did my foundation course from Vision in 2021-22 (online). Diligently attended the lectures and made notes, but committed the BLUNDER of NOT WRITING ANY MAINS TEST, thinking that I will write answer once I am sufficiently prepared. Failed my first prelims. Committed ANOTHER BLUNDER by going back to prelims preparation mode and again, did not write any answers. Just revised the old material, mostly from prelims perspective. Came to know about Forum in late 2022 and joined SFG/RLG. Finally cleared pre this year.

After pre, I have joined Forum's GSAP recently. While writing my first test yesterday, I found that I was taking a lot of time, just to make sure that my final answer looked perfect. The answer sheet can be submitted within roughly 36- 48 hours maximum, instead of the usual 1 hour time limit. Each test has 7 questions, ideally supposed to be finished within an hour. How should I approach these questions? This is the first time I am doing any answer writing.

Option 1 - Strictly adhere to the time limit and write a poor quality answer if the question is difficult.

Option 2 - Focus on writing a good answer even if it takes a lot of time, end up losing the entire day.

Option 3 - Watch the GSAP class first. Then refer to your coaching notes and printed material. Once done, open the test and finish it in an hour. This is also taking a lot of time, plus the lecture mostly had content that I had already covered in my foundation.

I wrote 7 questions in roughly 5 hours and regretted it. How should I deal with this? Please suggest a solution @Neyawn Sir. Time is limited and I am doing answer writing for the first time.

TL;DR - qualified prelims but have no experience of answer writing.
