The centres locked in this phase of changing upsc examination centre will they be again shown in second phase or not.

I got otp today and saw that the centre I want is already full.

Can one change the centre in the second slot (starting from 20th)again, if one has already changed it once in the first slot?

@Interstellar05 no as per I have read in official notice its that if you have changed centre once then it will be final and you can't change it again..
