Brokerage: None is there as I am not a broker. I am posting here to let people know about the vacancy.
About the flat:
1.Two fully furnished well ventilated rooms, they have double beds and ACs in both of them. Big Almirahs in both and proper curtains are also there.
2. Fridge is there, kitchen with stove and gas pipeline is there, cloth stand is there, 5 seater sofa with a centre table, all in healthy condition.
3. There are two small balconies. Only two people can stand at a time and it has a huge tree in front of it. RO to be installed by the person himself, and washing machine to be taken on rent (we rented this)
4. Maid and cook is easily available. There is a garbage collector for the building. Stairs are cleaned by a common maid of all the flats. There are families living in the building, there is access to terrace. Flat is exact 5 minutes distance (500 steps) from Rock Garden.
5. Parking space for two wheeler, cycle can not be parked outside but activa bike can be, even car too.
6. You will have to turn on the motor for filling the water tank at 5 in the morning daily. There is a common washroom with a shower, pot and wash basin in the same enclosee space with a vent and an exhaust fan.
7. Place is almost secluded with rarely disturbing sounds. Owner stays away from the place, calls once a month for rent only. No restrictions on entry and exit as it is one's own flat. Friends/acquaintances/family all are allowed (P.S. only if your flatmate agrees🙈)
8. We have 3 wooden (saste wali) racks in the flat, which you can buy from us if you want. There is only one table and chair provided. Another one which we purchased at a cheaper price, can be purcahsed from Us.
9. 10rs e-rickshaw available to Patel Nagar Metro station.

how is lucknow for preparation? is there any specific area where cse aspirants stay , reading rooms etc. ? overall, is there a part of orn type upsc vibe, materials etc. please guide as i m confused between lucknow and delhi ? delhi being a bit crowdy and costlier..... ( i hv planned for self study and some test series)
I am doing from Lucknow ,aliganj is good as here nearby vision IAS ALS Nd IAS Baba nearby etc student friendly area and lot of good libraries (useless now days though).
U can get all study materials (in case u are hard copy fan)at several kiosk nearby.
So overall it's good ,I wrote mains 2020 from here(failed)but the location proved so healthy for me when compared to Delhi(been there for few months)
