7. Spacious hall (The hall is shared between the two room occupants [a.k.a flatmates]. Helps from not getting any congested feeling like you would get with most flats in the area).
8. Kitchen (There are all the utensils and stove. Keeping it short, there is more than enough weapons for your Maggi skills).
9. Almirah (You get a separate one individually).
10. Water purifier (Works kinda OK. Water can be bought in the 20l bottle too).
11. Refrigerator (Nothing fancy there. A normal one.)
12. The room is custom tweaked for UPSC aspirants. You can see the quote overhead above the bed and the ones next to study table, as well as study materials spread throughout the wall. You can tear them away if you want, but... come on...

About 5 minute walk from Shadipur metro station. (Can vary up or down depending on the song you are playing on your earphones)
The flat is on fourth floor and there is no lift.
PRICE :-
Rent is 18000 per month and security deposit is the rent for one month.
Though there is no broker fee or anything since I am the present occupant myself, feel free to pay brokerage if you feel like it ;)
