What I and my flatmates have done -
We contacted a Warehousing services guy and he went to the flat, packed all the items (on video call) and will keep it in his warehouse and then when we go back we can collect them from him.
Savings - 3 months rent (close to 90k)
Expense - 10k for 3 months
Just letting you all know, so you all can take remedial steps if you are paying rent unnecessarily.
