In today's test solution it is given that--> According to provisions of Judges (Inquiry) Act, 1968, the motion to impeach a judge of the Supreme Court of India can be rejected by the Speaker of the Lok Sabha.
So my doubt is can the motion to remove the judge be also be rejected by the Rajya Sabha Chairman?
