As per the answer key, the second statement is wrong. But as per my understanding, it should be correct. Can anyone please highlight on this ?
Because Parliament can sede any territory to a foreign state, Though COnstitutional Amemdement ( Berubari Case, 1960 ) is required BUT they can sede.
@a07 that is not under part 1 of the constitution.. rather under article 368 of the constitution which is not in Part 1 of constitution as asked in the question.
