Regarding the last statement. It says if an independent member joins a party after 6 months he will be disqualified.

if he  joins a political party very next day or after 6 months he will be disqualified.. it doesn’t matter at what time he joins.. on this logic the answer must be ‘c’. That is the last statement is correct.. independent member will be DISQAULIFEID OF HE JOINS A party AFTER 6 Months.
