Can an elected politician appear for CSE?
if person is Elected in election can give CSE? Or some problem can occur. and what if does not show in DAF?
Obviously he/she can. There is no such bar for the elected person. I personally know a Sarpanch (an elected authority) appearing for the exam and reaching upto the interview level. And please don't hide anything in your DAF. It will be a disaster if you do so. Divulge everything that they ask for and if there is any problem then UPSC will you enough time to clarify your side. But of course, an elected authority too can appear for the exam.
