Should i upload picture in formals and clean shave or is it okay to upload photo in casuals.

@Neyawn Sir, I have a month old photograph with little beard which I took before shaving my head. Now, the notification says to have same beard in interview and photo submitted. What should I do? Get a new one with 2inches of hair and clean shave or the old one with normal hairs and little beard ?
