I got my EWS certificate on 30-01-2020 for the financial year 2019-20,valid for the year 2020-21. But the upsc prelims notification mentions it should be for the financial year 2018-19. Is my ews certificate wrong or should I had to take it before january(2019)? can I now apply for ews using this certificate or not?please throw some light on this issue.
