URGENT!EDITING A PDF WITHOUT PAYING FOR ADOBE

I want to edit a PDF-delete, add, insert images if possible however applications like Adobe have put this function behind paywall and concerting it to word often ruins the formatting

It'll be great if someone can tell me how to get it done for free.

Also is it possible to edit a PDF directly in ONE NOTE? if so How
