For me it was focus on the syllabus rather than the source. Also his approach on iterative revision with time reduction in each step is something i will try to incorporate.
I've watched till the prelims strategy part. He classifies questions into 5 types: 100% sure, 70-80% sure, around 50% sure, less than 50% sure and complete tukka. I liked his way of attempting the question paper, and trying to maximize the marks in each iteration. I'd like to incorporate that.
If iirc, he said that he did vision class notes for polity and some chaps from laxmikant. Even though laxmikant is considered a must do, he didn't do it fully to avoid duplication of efforts. I use this as a reminder whenever I start increasing my sources out of fomo.
