What is the most techie thing that has helped in your UPSC prep?

Other than evernote, onenote, googling,

What is the most geeky thing that has helped your upsc prep?

Paste screenshots if possible :p

One common thing peope have sworn by is to take screenshots of things they liked and sent it to themselves on TG so as to save it.

Many students who have gotten top ranks have shared this with me. It's not very techie, but quite a way to do things.

In 2016 I had a student and her parents saving screenshots of my articles and they shared it with me after she got selected 🙃

Speech to text feature of Google docs. Very useful to make notes, if you hate typing or gathering information from source which doesn't have copy paste facility.

https://twabhisheknotes.in/ - assembled this for both 'date wise' and 'topic wise' tags.

So make notes once, and they are both datewise and topic wise sorted. :)

Just going to watch the last year video of@Neyawn Sir - 40 days for prelims one to reinforce this again.

Sir the table method is surely effective but a techie substitute, if not completely, can be flashcards. Have benefited from Anki app especially to revise questions I attempt wrongly in mocks. :)

I would not say it is very geeky, rather it's very basic,

If you find any concept hard or any fact tough to remember..then read it out loud in your words/explain it to yourself and video/audio record it on your phone...then listen to it whenever you use your phone, similarly take photos of imp solutions from test and highlight it there itself on phone.

Yeah, anki is getting popular a lot.

@lionisnis for them I add up the screenshot or picture in the answer than to type the whole of it.
