Wether its used or not is secondary , the key question is wether its REQUIRED or not and common sense says for rotation its not as opposed to clearly required in above two cases.

@The Force None seems accurate when it comes to few controversial questions. Better would be to check from 3-4 keys like shankar , katpaan, vision etc and identify where you stand.

@Murali exactly. Finally someone pointed out. pulsar question answer ought to be NONE because the description given for pulser is necessary but not sufficient info. Not all neutron stars form pulsers only few do, and those that do will emot radiation in the form of pulses as observed from earth (sufficient condition)
