@Neyawn In GS I Set A Q54 - Don't we use a gyroscope for determining the rotation of mobile devices? Also, can anyone else share their logic for this question?
My logic - Accelerometer is used to measure acceleration. Using accelerometer readings, we can detect change in acceleration. In collision and free fall of laptop, there is a change in acceleration (a sudden negative value, and a sudden positive value, respectively) - hence we can detect that using accelerometer. When we rotate the phone, there is no such change in acceleration (zero in every direction - before and after rotation) - hence we cannot detect orientation change using accelerometer. So, that gives only two.
