What not to do in Rajinder Nagar ?

Idk why tea breaks are so much looked down upon. When you're surrounded by 4 walls since morning, your body does need some 30-40mins break to relax and talk to people. Not sure what kind of 'chai par charcha' people are talking about but during my previous and current stay at ORN, this has been my perfect break and tbh it does improve the efficiency.

i am glad somebody said this. the taboo related to tea breaks

I usually have a fixed time of tea break at 5. I try to ask a friend of mine to come along if they are free. This is not to do with tea but more to do with relaxing my body and get out of the four walls.

Further, some days i go out for an unplanned tea break when i am unable to concentrate.

Lastly, if i am too sleepy and start yawning more so in morning sessions i just run out get a tea packed and get it to my desk.

These are the three types of tea breaks i usually have.

Completely agreed. I've kept almost an hour every evening just to get out of my flat and have tea/walk or anything. Just don't be in your room.

Also, to cure your sleepiness you can try tea bags to prevent yourself going out frequently.
